Terms of use.
Updated October 30, 2026 · North America
Operated by GRIM in North America. Public support, privacy and copyright contact: grimamonroll@gmail.com or Help & safety.
These Terms govern your use of GrimmySpace at grimmyspace.com. “GrimmySpace,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of this service, based in North America. By creating an account or continuing after accepting an update, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. Contact the operator through Help & safety.
Death lifetime membership
New website accounts created during the free enrollment period receive the Death badge and lifetime access to Death’s posts. Free enrollment stays open until the owner closes it. Granted membership does not expire when the offer ends. After the offer closes, accounts without membership can purchase it for $10 USD once, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Lifetime means the duration of this service; membership does not override age requirements, content warnings, account restrictions or these Terms. It does not grant staff powers or identity verification. Patron is a separate purchase.
1. Adults only · ages 18 and up
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. People under 18 may not create an account or use member features, including with a parent or guardian’s permission. Do not misstate your age. Existing members must confirm that they meet the current age requirement and accept the updated Terms before using member features. We may restrict or remove accounts that do not meet these requirements.
2. Your account
Choose your permanent username at signup, provide accurate account information, and protect your password. Do not share, sell, impersonate someone through, or access another person’s account. Tell us if your account is compromised. Display names and page decorations can change; usernames and account numbers cannot. An account number reflects account creation order, not ownership of the service.
3. Community rules
Do not post threats, harassment, hate targeting protected characteristics, private information without permission, exploitation or sexual content involving minors, graphic sexual content, scams, malware, unlawful content, or instructions encouraging imminent self-harm or violence. Do not groom minors, evade moderation, spam, scrape members’ personal information, or interfere with security. Treat members and people depicted in posts with respect. Do not use posts or messages to harass victims or their families. The shared chat is visible to other signed-in members; it is not a private conversation.
4. Content and media
You keep the rights you have in your content. You give GrimmySpace a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, transmit, and display it solely to run, secure, and provide the service. This license ends when the content is removed, except for backups, legally required retention, and copies other members already made. Only upload or link content you own or are permitted to share. Adding an external music or GIF link does not establish permission. You are responsible for your content and any required credit.
External music, GIFs and other linked media remain subject to their owners’ rights and their providers’ terms. Linking to content does not guarantee permission to use it. Report a suspected rights violation through the copyright option in Help & safety.
Shop purchases
Boobux packs are one-time purchases priced in USD: 500 for $5, 1,100 for $10, 2,400 for $20, 6,500 for $50, or 14,000 for $100. Your balance is credited after payment is confirmed. Boobux are account-bound virtual credits for Shop items, with no expiration, transfers or cash-out. Purchased items are digital access within GrimmySpace. Purchases are available only to members who meet our minimum age requirement of 18. Review the pack and total before paying.
For failed, duplicate or unauthorized purchases, or a refund request, contact grimamonroll@gmail.com or Help & safety with your username and purchase details. Do not send card details. Refunds are reviewed by the operator; any associated balance or Patron adjustment is handled manually. This does not limit refund or consumer rights required by applicable law.
5. Moderation, reports and badges
We may review reports, remove content, mute publishing privileges, suspend or close accounts, and preserve relevant records when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect people. Moderators can review preserved report evidence, remove content, issue warnings, and impose temporary publishing or access restrictions with a reason. Only the administrator controls roles, badges and permanent bans. Restricted accounts may appeal through Help & safety. We cannot review every interaction or promise a particular response time.
A recognition badge marks a member recognized by GrimmySpace. It does not certify legal identity, age, qualifications, or safety. A Patron badge identifies a community supporter. Badges are discretionary labels and do not give moderation powers or imply endorsement. Patron is a one-time $50 USD purchase, not a subscription, and does not include Boobux.
6. Shared chat and availability
The room stores only its newest 150 messages; sending a new message permanently removes messages outside that range from the active chat database. You should not use it as an archive. A restricted copy of reported content may be retained for safety review. Other members may still keep screenshots. Music may require a click before playing because of browser settings. Features and availability may change, and you should keep copies of content that matters to you.
7. Copyright concerns
A copyright report should identify the copyrighted work, the exact location of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that your information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized representative under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content and take action against repeat infringers. The support form is a reporting channel; these Terms do not claim that GrimmySpace has registered a designated DMCA agent or automatically qualifies for a statutory safe harbor.
8. Privacy and leaving
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. You can remove your community posts, change your profile and photo, and end Friends connections. To request account deletion, a data copy, or help removing other information, use Help & safety. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for security, disputes, or law.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted service, or complete security. We are not responsible for users’ statements or external services we do not control. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrimmySpace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost data or profits. Total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid GrimmySpace in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Disputes and updates
Applicable law governs these Terms. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction over the matter; nothing here removes mandatory local protections or a legally required right to bring a claim in a particular location. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these Terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
We will update the date when these Terms change and ask members to accept material revisions. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and the Privacy Policy describe the agreement about the service; they do not replace rights given by applicable law.
